I’m a self-care coach, planner afficiando and disaster pro helping you in life’s chaotic moments
Hey, I’m Christina-
Married 16 years to a neurodiverse man, mom of three neurodiverse kids, emergency manager, and business owner.
For years, I tried to fix our home environment, hoping to ease the sensory and communication challenges in my neurodiverse family. But no matter how much I read or how many Christian experts I listened to, nothing bridged the gap between meeting everyone else’s needs and caring for myself.
I was exhausted carrying so many responsibilities while my needs were unmet. My husband was frustrated with his limitations and didn’t know what to do. My neurodiverse kids needed my help to navigate a world they didn’t always understand, but their meltdowns and challenges were overwhelming and exhausting at times. My health began to decline as I focused on making our marriage and home life optimal for my spouse and kids to prevent the cycle of problems. I reached a breaking point when I realized that prioritizing my well-being wasn’t selfish—it was essential. That’s when I turned to simple planning solutions to create space for self-care.

Where My Love My Of Planning Comes From . . .
I fell in love with emergency management and planning at the beginning of my career, over 21 years ago. Using my skills in planning, leadership, and disaster response to help others during their hardest moments became my passion.
I pursued a master’s degree with a focus on Geography and Disaster, along with a Certified Emergency Manager certificate. I have been blessed to work with all levels of government and many business sectors, helping to prepare for and respond to disasters. I am also deeply interested about integrating social science into meteorological research and practice.
