91 | When Parenting Feels The Same Every Day: A Self-Care Tool When Raising Autistic & ADHD Kids
We all have movies we’re glad never to watch again, and for me, that movie is Groundhog Day. I know, I know, it is a beloved classic, but watching the same day over and over again was painful for me.
When we have a neurodivergent spouse and children, life can sometimes feel the same way. As though every day is a repeat of the one before it, with the same problems on repeat, with little change.
Over the past few years, I’ve found small solutions that have helped me break out of that mindset, and I’m excited to share one of them with you today.
